One additional inspection per year on request or after a major storm, with priority scheduling for enrolled properties.
The Spec-Up Program is available for two types of properties. If yours qualifies, enrollment is free.

Shingle replacement under this program does not apply if the damage is part of an active or potential insurance claim.
The program applies only to companies or homeowners who agree to use Prime Roofing exclusively as their roofer for any insurance claim or repair.
Services are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Inspections and maintenance are subject to scheduling and weather conditions.
The program does not cover pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or damages outside normal wear and tear.
This program is designed for preventative maintenance and does not guarantee against all future roof damage or failure.
